At GUY FOX, we want you to love your new signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible products. If your fragrance isn't the perfect fit, we've streamlined the process to ensure you find your next favorite scent without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the product in its original box and use appropriate padding to ensure the glass bottle arrives back to us safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
